Why my watch doesn’t connect to phone for calling?
The BT calling watches need to be connected two kinds of Bluetooth. If you have finished the paring steps of BLE, please feel free to go back to the “Device” page and then follow the cue to finish the BT connnection.
Watch fails to receive notifications from smartphone.
Ensure that DND (Do-Not-Disturb) mode is disabled on the watch, and make sure your phone’s notification bar displays messages. And then check whether the nofitication function is enable on Deeprio APP.
